All Occasions have been providing quality facilities for outdoor events such as weddings, christenings, charity balls, golden weddings, eightieth birthdays and everything in between. They cover events across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire at a variety of outside venues and also host events from their own rural site in St Ippolyts, Hitchin.

The family-run business has many years experience in event management and catering, and can arrange everything from a dinner party in your own home to a corporate event - whatever you need, it can be organised.

All Occasions have their own site, nestled in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside surrounded by rolling hills. lt is the perfect venue for a summer wedding with plenty of space for parking and for the children to run around and let off some steam.

lt is also a great site for a Summer Ball or any event where the backdrop of the picturesque countryside would complement the ambience of the event. From fireworks to live entertainment the All Occasions site is versatile enough to hold any kind of event formal or relaxed.

All Occasions have been awarded the JPC Award of Excellence for Party Services, from the Bedfordshire Journal. The average event organised by All Occasions is for around 150 people, however all size parties are considered and no request is too big or small.

All Occcasions also hire out a large amount of equipment. Just some of the equipment available includes: Round Tables & Banqueting Chairs for formal occasions, Green Resin chairs and tables for less formal events, Refridgerated Trailers, Wine Fridges, Party Tents in all shapes and sizes for 20 up to 120 people.

We are very flexible with our service. We can arrange as much or as little of the event as required and always do everything we can to help as much as possible. lt's an honour to be a part of someone's special event and there's a great sense of achievement in watching everyone having a great time knowing that we've enabled to make the event the success it is.

All Occasions can also cover the catering, producing a specially created menu, tailored to meet your needs and budgets. From an array of delicious canapes to a full three course meal, the food can be arranged to suit the mood and budget of your event.
